Google Calendar Audit
Connect your Google Calendar once and get a live, auto-refreshed meeting-load audit — no spreadsheets, no manual counting.
What the audit analyzes
Once connected, Radical Subtraction Pulse reads your upcoming and recent events (read-only) and computes:
Total meeting hours
Summed duration of every timed event in the audit window.
Recurring meeting count
How many events on your calendar are part of a recurring series — the biggest source of silent dilution.
Clustered days
Days with 3 or more back-to-back meetings, a leading indicator of context-switching cost.
Why connect Google Calendar instead of uploading a file
A live OAuth connection keeps your Pulse signal current automatically, without re-exporting a
.ics file every time your schedule changes. If you would rather not connect an account,
the same audit is available via a one-time .ics upload or manual entry.
Privacy
Access is read-only and scoped to calendar data required for the audit. Credentials are used only to fetch event metadata (times, recurrence, titles) needed to compute your Pulse status — nothing is posted back to your calendar.
