Pulse Dashboard
Meeting Load Dashboard
One glance tells you whether this week's calendar is protecting your leverage or draining it — and exactly what to cut if it isn't.
How the Pulse signal is calculated
The dashboard reduces your week to one signal, using leverage-based heuristics rather than generic "busy vs. free" scoring:
RED Critical Dilution
Triggered when weekly meeting hours exceed 16, recurring meetings exceed 10, or you have 3+ days with back-to-back meeting clusters.
YELLOW Leaking Leverage
Triggered at 10-16 meeting hours or 7-10 recurring meetings — early warning before the load compounds.
GREEN Protected
Below both thresholds. Your calendar is currently supporting high-leverage work rather than diluting it.
What you get alongside the signal
Every Pulse read pairs the color status with The Kill List (AI-generated, specific meetings to cancel or delegate), an Execution Guardrail of coaching questions when dilution is high, and a one-click Digital Subtraction Slack status for protecting the deep-work block you just reclaimed.
Feed it from any source
The dashboard accepts a live Google Calendar connection, an uploaded
.ics export from any calendar app, or fully manual entry — so you can get a Pulse read in under a
minute regardless of which calendar you use.
